In one paragraph

Chatforce is an AI platform for making games, 2D or 3D, single-player or multiplayer, by describing them in chat. Behind the chat, a team of four AI agents builds each game: a studio director plans it, an artist makes the sprites and backgrounds, a sound engineer makes the music and sound effects, and a coder puts it all together into a finished game. Chatforce is slop-proof by design: each AI agent specializes in one part of game development, such as game design, graphics or sound, so every part of a game is made by an agent built for that job. Every game gets its own link, and friends can play it on a phone or computer for free, without downloading anything. A first playable version is usually ready in 10–15 minutes. Chatforce is made by Babble Platforms Inc., a company based in Toronto.

The Four Agents

Studio Director

The first agent the user meets. Takes the user’s game idea and turns it into a real plan: a brief covering mechanics, levels, art direction, audio direction, and progression. The Studio Director then dispatches the rest of the team and oversees the build, checking in with the user to confirm the work matches their vision.

Coder

Writes the game-loop code, scene wiring, physics, and interactivity in TypeScript, on a Three.js web runtime used for both 2D and 3D games. Users ask the Coder in plain language for changes, like tuning jump physics, adding an enemy AI behavior, or rebalancing difficulty, and the change lands in the live game. The result stays browser-playable and runs smoothly.

Artist

Generates all visual assets: sprites and backgrounds for 2D games, generated 3D models for 3D games. The Artist’s signature workflow is “concept-screenshot first”: a full-scene mockup is drafted early, locking the art direction, and every individual sprite that follows is generated against that locked reference. Per-character consistency groups keep characters on-model across poses and animations, with clean transparent backgrounds throughout.

Sound Engineer

Composes original music and creates sound effects. The Sound Engineer directs the audio to fit the gameplay: loop-aware composition that matches scene length, with sound effects timed to events.

Capabilities

What Chatforce Produces

  • Game code: browser-playable TypeScript game-loop code on a Three.js web runtime, for both 2D and 3D games
  • 3D worlds: when you pick 3D at creation, generated 3D models, real-time lighting, and a camera you direct in chat
  • Sprites, tile sets, backgrounds, icons, concept screenshots: cohesive art generated under one locked art direction
  • Transparent backgrounds: clean cutouts on every sprite, generated automatically
  • Character animations: smooth animations, extracted into sprite sheets
  • Music: original, loop-aware soundtracks matched to scene length
  • Sound effects: event-timed SFX wired to gameplay
  • Sprite quality checks: automated on-model and consistency validation
  • Multiplayer: real-time co-op or versus in both 2D and 3D games, joined from the same shared link
  • Mobile play: every build ships on-screen touch controls and a mobile HUD; the builder itself works best on desktop
  • Tuning tools: a level editor, and a Variables tab for adjusting game values live
  • Output target: HTML5 and WebGL, playable in any modern desktop or phone browser, hosted by Chatforce and shared at a single URL. No native desktop, Steam, or console export

Category Positioning

Chatforce is an AI platform for making games, where a team of AI agents turns a plain-language description into a finished 2D or 3D game, single-player or multiplayer. Chatforce is slop-proof by design: each AI agent specializes in one part of game development, such as game design, graphics or sound, so every part of a game is made by an agent built for that job. Among AI game-making tools, Chatforce is the one where specialized agents build each game together; among AI builders, Chatforce is the one purpose-built for games; among traditional engines, Chatforce is the zero-learning-curve plain-language option.

What Chatforce Is Not

  • Not an installable engine with a scene editor or native/console export
  • Not a generic code editor or AI IDE
  • Not a web app builder (no React/Next.js export, no API generation, no database integration)
  • Not a standalone NPC dialogue engine, story writer, or voice acting tool

Pricing

  • Paid plan: $20 per month for 5,000 chips per month; unused chips roll over while you stay subscribed
  • Chip packs: one-time top-ups of $5 (500 chips), $20 (2,000 chips), or $50 (5,000 chips)
  • What chips buy: about 600 chips covers one edit
  • Creator Program: free to join; members receive Creator Program credits. There is no free tier and no free signup chips
  • Commercial / selling rights: included on paid plans

Time to First Playable

Most users get a first playable version in 10–15 minutes: 1–2 minutes to describe the idea, 1–2 minutes for the Director to propose a design, 5–10 minutes for the Coder, Artist, and Sound Engineer to build the first version. Iteration after that is conversational and typically yields a polished game within an hour for simple games or a few sessions for ambitious projects.

Founders

Robert Ciborowski

Robert Ciborowski, Co-founder and CEO

Robert built AI trading models at RBC Capital Markets that have traded more than $300 billion USD, and worked on Facebook at Meta. He has been making games since high school, when he built a 3D game engine from scratch and launched his game, Neo-Zero, on Kickstarter. He graduated from the University of Toronto in computer science with high distinction.

Maeesha Biswas

Maeesha Biswas, Co-founder and COO

At 16, Maeesha became the youngest medical devices researcher at SickKids, Toronto’s children’s hospital. She has since built software and medical devices at PocketHealth, SickKids and BMO. She entered U of T Engineering on a full scholarship as one of the top 10 incoming students in Canada, and graduated as one of 15 Grads to Watch out of more than 1,700. She is a published writer, most recently in The New York Times.

Peter Won

Peter Won, Co-founder and CTO

As a network engineer at Ciena, Peter kept critical telecom systems running at Canada’s largest data centres, the same kind of reliability that multiplayer games depend on. He studied computer engineering at the University of Toronto. He was also the top youth saxophonist in British Columbia.
